Led by an experienced Chartered Town Planner
Ed Persse
From 1995, Ed worked in the public sector with Torbay Borough Council and West Devon Borough Council, dealing with everything from major housing and retailing developments to simple extensions.
He acted as an expert witness for the Council in both Planning Inquiries and the Magistrates' Court, and handled complicated enforcement matters, including ensuring compliance with legal agreements.
Ed moved into private practice in August 2010 and established EJFP Planning Ltd in October 2011, offering planning advice and support to private and commercial developers. His experience makes him a versatile consultant, adept at dealing with both urban and rural developments.
